Centicore Group announces the appointment of Konstantin Kondratyuk as Deputy CEO

Moscow, Russia – Centicore Group announces the appointment of Konstantin Kondratyuk as Deputy CEO. Previously, Konstantin served as Head of the AI Project Portfolio at the MTS Group.

Konstantin’s responsibilities will include: developing and implementing Centicore Group’s business growth strategy, identifying new business areas, strengthening strategic partnerships in the market, expanding the company’s product portfolio in software development, consulting, and auditing, as well as introducing innovations, including those based on AI and Data Governance.

Konstantin has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector with major Russian and international companies. He has led large-scale digital transformation projects aimed at increasing operational efficiency and profitability in Russia’s largest banks and telecom companies.

Konstantin is a certified instructor in requirements and risk management from Carnegie Mellon University, and a lecturer in MBA and DBA programs at the Banking Institute of HSE University, the Center for the Development of Advanced Industry Leader Competencies of NUST MISIS, among others.
