Analyst

About the Role

This role requires the ability to understand the operation of high-load systems and modern solutions based on LLMs using AI agents. You won’t need to write code “hands-on,” but you must be able to speak the same language with the architect and ML specialist.

Responsibilities

• Gathering and prioritizing requirements, formalizing product KPIs/metrics
• Research: optimization and automation of business/production processes (fintech), A/B testing
• Documentation: specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria
• Tools: Timetta, Yandex wiki/tracker, B24, BI/Tableau (preferred), Jira, Confluence, etc.
• Communication: interview facilitation, process modeling
• 80% — documentation work, 20% — methodology

Requirements

• Experience — 3–5 years (Middle+/Senior)
• Understanding of LLMs, RAG, AI agents — required
• Knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodologies

Nice to Have

• Python, SQL, vibe code — basic level
• Experience in an R&D department in fintech
